Single daily party pass at the entry is 20 euros for each night.

Cancellation cost column means that we subtract that percentage from your payment – if you do it until the date set for that row.

You can register for the camp with a partner or as a member of a team. You will get a lower price and can avoid waiting list however you have to be more responsible.

One of the most difficult task for the organizers is to have even classes. We do our best to accept the same amount of leaders & followers. In order to provide even classes we are ready to cancel someone’s registration if they’re partner or some of team members cancel. Take it into consideration when you register with a partner or a team.

We might cancel you in case your partner is canceled and the level you are going to is getting really uneven.

We might cancel you in case someone in your team is canceled so the team is not matching the required team rules.

TEAM policy = 4 couples or more people where the roles (leaders/followers) are even or almost even (good solutions can be: 4-4, 4-5 or 5-4, 5-5, 5-6, …, 8-8, 8-10, …) and coming together from the same city / area. Note: just party people are not counted as they do not effect class evenness.

If you register without partner and we accept your registration you cannot add a partner any more. The reason? When we accept your registration we accept someone else with the opposite role so we keep the classes even. If you register with a partner and we accept the registration you can change it later only if the organizers accept is (again to keep the levels even).

If you register with a partner AND with a team both you and your partner have to be in the same team. After we have accepted your registration you can join or leave a team (with your partner if you have one).

If you are coming for just parties these rules do not affect you.

Here we will announce services like food, …

• As flights can be canceled, or can be delayed, teachers can miss their flight, or can be ill we cannot guarantee that all announced teachers will be presented. It means that you class schedule might be changed, or you will have different teachers than announced (luckily we never had any such issues in previous Lindy Shock camps).
• We cannot take any responsibility for your values, assets, physical injuries. Be careful – for yourself and for others as well!
• We have the classes in school gyms. You can only enter gyms with appropriate shoes – like ones you do not use outside; no high-heels or shoes that could mark the floor.
• You can smoke only at the designated places. Please ask the organizers about these places.
• We keep lost & found properties for one week after the camp has finished. After that we dispose them or offer to non-profit organizations.
• We cannot make any refunds or cannot accept your participation because you have bought the flight ticket already or booked a hotel already. You should not book anything till your registration become valid. Read the registration process to understand how your registration become valid.

Hungary is the member of the European Union. If you are coming from outside EU you might need a VISA. We would like to have one contact member for each country or community to handle VISA invitations. We announce all contacts here. We are happy to send you invitation before you register. • If you cancel your participation we subtract a part of your payment. Exact sum is listed at the camp prices.
• If you cancel later than 15th October we cannot refund you.
• We cannot make any refunds because of illness, canceled flight or any other reasons. Sorry about it however we cannot handle the financial risk of such events that we are unable to plan or manage.
• We are thinking about having a cancellation insurance. Meaning for an extra fee you get an insurance. So if you cannot make it you will get back the full amount of the payed camp price. We decide about this service till the registration starts.
